The hotel is 500 metres away from Burger King, where we got some food. Our room had free WiFi. A perfect base for exploring Miami. 5 minutes walk to bus station.

1st room had nasty smell. 2nd room had used sheets on bed and bathroom was not very clean. $24 to park at the hotel you stay at is crazy

We booked two rooms and they were opposite each other. We had one room upgrade to a suite that was very large and comfortable. At the moment the hotel is still 4* but with continued lower rates it will run down very quickly. Next to the metro ( free ) which is a help as the hotel is quite isolated from the city centre
Room service was poor ( cold food that we had to send back ) Parking is a bit expensive at 28 USD / day Plastic beer glasses in the bar !! Ice machine did not work on our floor without any "out of service" notice

Excellent. Really an excellent hotel. I travel all the time for business and I stay at very good hotels and I must say this is one of the best I've ever seen. Great facilities, clean and very nice room with a great view of the bay, very good breakfast, excellent staff, beautiful outdoor pool with nice view. I would go back immediately.
One thing, for sure not a fault of the hotel: parking is expensive in Miami and you are supposed to pay for street parking also at weekends and nighttime. Avoid the car if you can, as otherwise you'll have to pay a 28$ valet parking per day at the hotel. The hotel is not in Miami Beach, so if you want to stay at the beach, book a hotel there, not in downtown Miami.

Location of the hotel. Quick check in. Spacious rooms with great views over Miami,
High costs for car parking. Room windows and mirrors not clean. Extremely long waiting time before being served in the bar/lounge and I missed the 'service with a smile'. No refrigerator in the room.

The location of this hotel is awesome and it's services are even better. The price is fair for the quality that we found in this hotel. I loved the software installed on the TV and outside pool...
the only thing that i didn't like is that breakfast was not include in the package. We need to pay apart for it every day! Internet should also be free in all areas. And you should work on it to make it faster!

needed to wait until 15:00 for room, but received upgrade. Hotel is very crowded.

excellent choice. Great view 180° on all the waterfront from our top floor room. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The only negative point is the car park : 25dollars for the night and if you need to come back during the day it is very expensive (6 dollars for 45min!). But despite this, I would definitively recommend it.
